Type 1 Call Back

These details are for a Type 1 phone service. What type of service do I have?

The Call Back feature is useful when the number you are calling is engaged. An engaged number will continue to be dialed by the Call Back feature for a maximum of 45 minutes. When the line is no longer busy, you will be signalled by a distinctive ring tone.

Notes

  • A tone phone is needed for this feature
  • Only 5 Call Backs requests can be set at one time
  • Some numbers are not compatible with this feature, including international calls, Operator Assisted Services and some business numbers.
